Confirmed cases to date: 703

Probable: 212

Deaths: 17

All organizations needing an approval for events scheduled through 6/15, must submit their plan to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  by 6/4/20.  If a plan is already submitted, nothing needs to be done at this time. Please contact Hot Springs County Public Health if there are any questions.    

If you are having COVID-19 like symptoms and are uninsured, COVID-19 testing and the office visit costs will be covered under the Federal Cares Act.  Please call your healthcare provider before arriving at the clinic. According to the CDC a wide range of COVID-19 symptoms include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell. These symptoms range from mild symptoms to severe illness. These symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.

 The Courthouse will reopen with restrictions at 8am on June 4th.  Full details will be posted on the front doors facing Arapahoe St.

Thank you to all the volunteers who worked very hard in making the Mobile Food Bank a success last Saturday, even in the heat! 26 pallets of food were distributed.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN TESTED AND RECEIVED NEGATIVE RESULTS, REMEMBER THAT THIS TEST IS A "POINT-IN-TIME" TEST.   PEOPLE CAN BE NEGATIVE YESTERDAY, AND POSITIVE TOMORROW.   IF YOU SHOULD FEEL THE SLIGHTEST BIT SYMPTOMATIC, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER ABOUT POSSIBLE RE-TESTING.
